EBOO Filters ("EBOO Filters", "we", "us") is a US-based supplier of research-use laboratory equipment and consumables operating eboofilters.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect from Site visitors and business buyers, how we use and share it, and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
Contact & inquiry data: company/organization name, first and last name, business email, phone number, and any details you include when using the contact, quote, or bulk-order forms.
Order & checkout data: billing and shipping address, order contents, and purchase amount. Payment card details are entered directly into our payment processor and are never stored on our servers.
Account data: if you create an account, we store your email, hashed password credentials handled by our authentication provider, and order history.
Professional verification data: if you apply for access to restricted kits, we collect your name, professional designation, NPI, organization name, cell phone, license state, number and expiry date, your answers to the eligibility questions, your verified account email, and the PDF/JPEG/PNG documents you attach. The documents are stored privately and are emailed to the store owner so the application can be reviewed. We use this information only to review and record the access decision.
Automated technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, referring URL, pages viewed, timestamps, and similar log data collected via cookies and analytics tools.
Communications: transactional emails you receive (order confirmations, quote replies) and any email correspondence you send us.
How we use information
Respond to inquiries, quotes, and compatibility questions.
Process, ship, and support orders (including card payment at checkout and shipping notifications).

EBOO Filters does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. The Site is a business-to-business research-equipment resource. It is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
