IMPORTANT NOTICE. This Legal Disclaimer and Terms of Sale is a binding contract between you ("Buyer") and the operator of eboofilters.com ("Seller"). By purchasing, receiving, possessing, or using any Products you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

Products include EBOO machines (including the EBOO O3 Research Device 2026) and Research Consumables & Disposable Kits (filters, lines, canisters, cuvettes, bags, connectors, destructors, and accessories). Products are offered for laboratory, research, and educational contexts; Buyer represents it is purchasing on behalf of a business or research institution, not as a personal consumer.
All Products are intended solely for laboratory, research, or educational use in controlled settings and are NOT intended for clinical, therapeutic, diagnostic, or veterinary use on humans or animals. Products are not evaluated, cleared, or approved by the FDA. Buyer will not use the Products in connection with any procedure involving human blood draw, extracorporeal circulation, ozonation/oxygenation for treatment purposes, UV exposure for treatment purposes, or reinfusion. Buyer will not resell, redistribute, or represent Products as FDA-cleared or safe/effective for medical use.
Products are intended to be used only by properly trained and qualified professionals. Buyer certifies formal training in operation of laboratory equipment, safe handling of ozone gas, and safe handling of biohazardous materials. Seller does not verify Buyer's qualifications or accept responsibility for them.
Seller does not provide medical advice and makes no claims that any Product diagnoses, treats, cures, mitigates, or prevents any disease.
Buyer is solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws regarding purchase, import/export, possession, storage, transportation, use, and disposal of Products.
Products are sold "AS IS" and "WITH ALL FAULTS," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Buyer acknowledges Products may involve ozone exposure, electrical/mechanical, UV, and biohazard handling risks, and assumes all risks arising from purchase, handling, use, or disposal of Products.
Buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Seller from claims arising from Buyer's purchase, possession, or use of any Product, or breach of this Agreement.
Seller is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is capped at the amount Buyer paid for the Product at issue. Claims must be brought within one year.
Seller is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
All sales are final as stated in our All Sales Final / No Returns Policy. Consumables and sterile items are non-returnable except for verified shipping damage or major non-conformance.
Buyer acts as importer/exporter of record and is responsible for export controls, sanctions, duties, and taxes.
This Agreement is governed by New Mexico law. Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Buyer waives any right to a jury trial or class action.
Buyer must affirmatively acknowledge research-use-only status, assumption of risk, indemnification, all-sales-final terms, and the arbitration agreement before checkout is permitted.
Seller may modify this Agreement at any time by posting an updated version. If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
